Our Commitment

We appreciate the importance of a successful event, be that conference, workshop or otherwise not only to the organisation that is hosting but also the impact it can have on its staff and/or volunteers. A setting can make all the difference to the mood of participants but can be undone by something so simple, e.g., lack of materials, poor venue or resources that fail to function.

It is not our role to organise your event of course but it is our intention to complement it by providing you with an effective tool, i.e., 'Pin Boards', which will not only enhance the effect and look of your event but add to the dynamic by using a relatively new tool in Northern Ireland that not only replaces the humble flip chart stand but takes it to a whole new level.

How many times have you struggled to put up a stand, or battled with one of its 'wonky' legs, or flipped back and forth looking for the notes you made earlier to make a point in your input or presentation? How many times have you been told not to put flip charts on the walls in the venue you've hired in case you cause damage? How many times have you turned up to a meeting room and the flip chart you were promised failed to materialise? Wouldn't it be nice to turn up to a venue and those questions were already addressed? By hiring 'Pin Boards' we aim to do just that by providing you with the following commitments.

Commitment 1 - Availability

We will arrive in good time to set up the boards so that they are available to you from the moment that your event begins or prior to this depending on your need. We will take the hassle out of booking or running about looking for additional flipchart stands by ensuring the Pin Boards are in place before you begin even if that means setting up in different break out rooms.

Commitment 2 - Set up & Take Down

We will set up and take down the boards so that you can get on with organising your event. We'll contact you for details regarding starting and finishing times and make arrangements around this.

Commitment 3 - Charge for use only

We will only charge you for the time you use the pin boards. So if your meeting finishes early, e.g., by lunch time instead of at the end of the day we will only charge you for that session. The only time we will charge you full cost is if we lost another booking in order to preserve your's therefore losing potential income.
