​PIN    BOARDS 

The costs are fairly simple - we work on the basis of a recommended minimum pricing structure which can also be enhanced by you.  The recommended fee is £15 per pin board per session plus £0.45 mileage (€0.64) to and from venue.  The fee includes setting up and taking down.  So if you hired 3 boards for two sessions it would cost £90 plus mileage.  

However, if your budget allows and you wish to increase your donation to The Inside Out Programme in the case of being more than satisfied with the contribution that Pin Boards have made to your event this of course would be most welcome.  Additionally, where the hire of the boards stretches over two days and the distance travelled is such that it is necessary to book accommodation this cost would be built into any fee or alternatively can be provided by the hiring organisation or body.  

An example of this might be a two day conference in Dublin which would necessitate overnight accommodation in order to avoid lengthy travel over two days and where the costs for accommodation makes it cheaper than the total travel therefore saving you costs as well as enhancing our carbon footprint. Where overnight accommodation is required an additional fee of £25 will be added to cover meals or alternatively be provided by the hosting organisation.
